Our apartment sits in the heart of Ischgl, opposite the Silvretta Therme: approx. 52 m², two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open living area with a kitchen and balcony. Space enough to stay together as a family or group — and still give everyone some quiet.

The heart of the apartment is the open living area with an integrated kitchen island — equipped for five guests, with a seating nook and direct access to the balcony. In the evening the whole family gathers here.

Is there a final cleaning fee for the apartment?
Yes. The apartment rate is a daily rate excluding final cleaning (€30 per person per stay).

What types of accommodation are there?
Double rooms, a double room with sofa bed (up to 3 guests) and an apartment for 4–5 guests. A passenger lift takes you directly to your room.

Is breakfast included, and when is the breakfast room open?
For our rooms, the breakfast buffet is included in the rate and is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am in our breakfast room. For the apartment, breakfast is not included but can be added on request for a surcharge.

Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the apartment.

Are cots and high chairs available?
Yes, we are happy to provide cots and high chairs on request. The cot costs €10.00 per day.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out until 10:00 am. In the case of a later arrival or earlier departure, the full booked period is charged.

Is parking available?
One free parking space is available per room (at the property or in the Parking Lounge around 500 m away, subject to availability), usable from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Additional vehicles on request for €20 per day. An EV charging station at the hotel can be used on request.

Is a local tax (visitor’s tax) charged?
Yes. The statutory local tax (visitor’s tax) is €4.00 per person per night, is levied by the municipality of Ischgl and is not included in our room or apartment rates. It is added to your bill on site.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our house.
