- Room rates are per person per night (based on two guests sharing) — breakfast is always included.
- Apartment rates are per day without breakfast, plus final cleaning (€ 30.00 per person per stay).
- The 3rd person on the sofa bed stays at their own seasonal rate — see the “3rd person” column in the table.
- The Ischgl local tax — € 4.00 per person per night — is added on top; we itemise it transparently in your offer.
- For stays of up to 5 nights we charge a short-stay surcharge from € 20.00 per person per day.
