Booking & payment

How do I book?
Directly online through our Casablanca booking system with live availability — without any commission fees. Alternatively, send us a non-binding inquiry; we reply personally within 24 hours.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. After your reservation is confirmed, a deposit of around 25% of the total amount — transferred free of bank charges — is due within 14 days. It is retained in the event of a cancellation.

What is the cancellation policy?
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply. In the event of cancellation we charge:
- more than 3 months before arrival: the deposit is retained
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
- within the final week before arrival: 90%
- no-show: 100% of the total amount
- in the case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount is charged

Is travel cancellation insurance available?
For a worry-free booking we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can conveniently take it out online.

Which payment methods do you accept?
On site: cash, EC/Maestro card, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Payment is due by the evening before departure at the latest.

Is there a surcharge for short stays?
Yes, for stays of up to 5 nights we charge a short-stay surcharge from €20 per person per day.

Can I stay in a double room on my own?
Yes. If you occupy a double room (minimum occupancy 2 persons) on your own, two persons are charged, minus the second breakfast.

Is a local tax (visitor’s tax) charged?
Yes. The statutory local tax (visitor’s tax) is €4.00 per person per night, is levied by the municipality of Ischgl and is not included in our room or apartment rates. It is added to your bill on site.

Are there commission fees for direct bookings?
No. When you book directly with us, there are no commission fees — the best rate is always the direct one.
Arrival & on site

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out until 10:00 am. In the case of a later arrival or earlier departure, the full booked period is charged.

Where is the hotel located?
Bachweg 4, 6561 Ischgl — opposite the Silvretta Therme, just a few steps from the village centre and the village tunnel that takes you directly to the cable car.

Is parking available?
One free parking space is available per room (at the property or in the Parking Lounge around 500 m away, subject to availability), usable from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Additional vehicles on request for €20 per day. An EV charging station at the hotel can be used on request.

How do I get to the slopes?
The nearby village tunnel takes you directly to the cable car. The Silvretta Arena offers 239 km of slopes and 46 modern lifts, with reliable snow from November to early May.
Rooms & breakfast

What types of accommodation are there?
Double rooms, a double room with sofa bed (up to 3 guests) and an apartment for 4–5 guests. A passenger lift takes you directly to your room.

Is breakfast included, and when is the breakfast room open?
For our rooms, the breakfast buffet is included in the rate and is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am in our breakfast room. For the apartment, breakfast is not included but can be added on request for a surcharge.

What does a third person or a child cost?
A third person on the sofa bed stays at their own seasonal rate (€80–105 per night depending on the season, see rate table). With two full-paying guests in a double room, the following discount applies to the 3rd person:
- 0–3 years: €15 per day
- 4–9 years: − 50%
- 10–14 years: − 30%
- 15 years and older: − 15%

Is there a final cleaning fee for the apartment?
Yes. The apartment rate is a daily rate excluding final cleaning (€30 per person per stay).

Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the apartment.

Are cots and high chairs available?
Yes, we are happy to provide cots and high chairs on request. The cot costs €10.00 per day.
Hotel & services

What does the wellness area offer, and when is the sauna open?
Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, showers, a quiet area and a refreshment station. The sauna is open Sunday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (closed on Saturdays).

Which languages do you speak?
We assist you in German, English and Italian.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our house.

Is the property non-smoking?
Our house is entirely non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on your own balcony.

Is there a ski room or ski storage?
Yes, a heated ski room with boot dryers is available. There are no lockable lockers.
