What types of accommodation are there?
Double rooms, a double room with sofa bed (up to 3 guests) and an apartment for 4–5 guests. A passenger lift takes you directly to your room.

Is breakfast included, and when is the breakfast room open?
For our rooms, the breakfast buffet is included in the rate and is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am in our breakfast room. For the apartment, breakfast is not included but can be added on request for a surcharge.

What does a third person or a child cost?
A third person on the sofa bed stays at their own seasonal rate (€80–105 per night depending on the season, see rate table). With two full-paying guests in a double room, the following discount applies to the 3rd person:
- 0–3 years: €15 per day
- 4–9 years: − 50%
- 10–14 years: − 30%
- 15 years and older: − 15%

Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the apartment.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out until 10:00 am. In the case of a later arrival or earlier departure, the full booked period is charged.

Is parking available?
One free parking space is available per room (at the property or in the Parking Lounge around 500 m away, subject to availability), usable from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Additional vehicles on request for €20 per day. An EV charging station at the hotel can be used on request.

Is a local tax (visitor’s tax) charged?
Yes. The statutory local tax (visitor’s tax) is €4.00 per person per night, is levied by the municipality of Ischgl and is not included in our room or apartment rates. It is added to your bill on site.

Is there a ski room or ski storage?
Yes, a heated ski room with boot dryers is available. There are no lockable lockers.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our house.
